At Plush Evening, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and free returns on all orders. If you’re not happy with your plushies for any reason, we’ll make it right!

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or appearance not as expected
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Gift returns
  • Any other reason – no questions asked!

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • With all tags still attached
  • Free from odors, pet hair, or stains

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@plushevening.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in original or similar packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all returns. Simply use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Do not ship items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 2 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirming your refund
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item! Follow the return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement item free of charge once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage to support@plushevening.com
  • We’ll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
  • No need to return the damaged item

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you right away and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

International Returns

International customers enjoy the same return policy! We provide prepaid international return labels. However, any customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable as they are charged by your local government.

Gift Returns

Received a plushie as a gift? No problem! Contact us with the order details, and we’ll help you with an exchange or store credit.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items with missing parts not due to our error

Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
